Key responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
Manage the interface between the Acer Technical Support and Key account management teams, project delivery teams and the customer facing Technical Account Managers.  Manage feedback to customers on technical escalations and contracted service levels via the problem management process.
Actively develop and maintain "pro-active" technical procedures and provide information to improve the overall efficiency of the Acer Services Division
In conjunction with the Technical Escalations Manager, assign "ownership" of specific Acer products and technologies prior to release, ensuring that the highest level of knowledge and expertise is gained by the "owner". Undertake people management activities such as recruitment, induction, training, coaching, succession planning, team communication, performance management, completion of Employee Performance Reviews.
Coordinate and manage technical training programsDevelop and maintain a comprehensive problem management process that ensures timely and effective resolution to technical issues.
Facilitate monthly, quarterly and annual business reviews to key Acer Customers, Business Partners and Acer Senior Level Executives and Acer staff. .
Undertake service readiness briefings to ensure agreed contractual obligations of new and existing customers are met.
To be successful inthis role you will need to possess the following:
At least 7 years' professional experience in the same or similar role
Experience in a contact centre or hardware vendor service delivery environment,
Exposure to and understanding of COPC framework and standards is desirable
Negotiation skills and experience in vendor management is an advantage
Project management skills
Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills. Other language/s would be seen as an advantage Advanced computer skills, primarily Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word Visio and Project
Data and Trends Analysis skills
2-Authorised Service Providers - Service Coordinator

Acer Service Partners (ASPs) are a network of specialist IT service companies throughout the regions which provide dedicated and professional services to our clients.
 The Role
Reporting directly to the National Field Services Manager, you will provide support primarily to the customer service side of the business. As a Service Coordinator, you will work as part of a team and will take responsibility to support and manage our national network of repairers.
Key responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
Appointing onsite Authorised Service Providers (ASPs) to meet business operational requirements
Routinely conducting ASP performance reviews to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA) are being met
Conducting and presenting regular ASP key performance reviews with senior management
Liaising with ASPs and internal teams to resolve service issues and escalations
Developing documentation and provide training to support ASPs' with regards to processes, workflows and management.
Preparing and publishing ASP newsletters
Answering Inbound Calls coming from the ASP Support Queue.
To be successful inthis role you will need to possess the following:
High-level communication skills both verbal and written
High-level knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and Visio
Willing to learn and take on challenges
Be able to communicate and engage with various levels of management
Have issues management skills and the ability to coordinate resources
Task-focused, with high attention to detail, and time management skills
Ideally 3-5 years' experience in similar environment/role
Ability to demonstrate a flexible working style dealing with ongoing changes within our dynamic and fast moving business
Works efficiently and effectively without supervision and within a team environment
Demonstrates the ability to make timely and effective decisions and knows when to escalate
Understanding the basic make up of a computer or previous experience in the IT industry preferred but not required
